Niall LeahyMidleton, IrelandVerified Buyer2 of 5Electrical bearings didnt work on 3 out of 4 wheels, and the 4th wasnt right and stopped working after 10 mins.
These bearings were different to last order too, which itself had a mixture of right and wrong electrical bearings.
The electrical bearings in this order eventually worked after much waste of time fitting, re-fitting, swapping and testing.Reply from SkateProThank you for your review. I see that you have been in contact with us regarding the wheels not lightning up. We did not receive an answer on our last email, but I understand now that it's because you made them work eventually. Good to hear! 👍 // DoreenMark AndertonColchester, United KingdomVerified Buyer1 of 5Absolutely awful. These were bought as a replacement for wheels that wouldn't flash when spun and upon fixing them to skates and spinning them, 3 OUT OF 4 DIDN'T WORK! Shocking quality controlReply from SkateProHi there Mark,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you feel about this product. I am really sorry you received the wheels in the quality. That is definitely not the quality we aim to give to our customers. I am more than happy to arrange a solution if you get in touch with our customer care team. I can see you have sent an email, however we did not receive any other messages.
Apologies again for this and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
/Lily.Рачинская Л. А.Москва, RussiaVerified Buyer2 of 5At first, the wheels did not glow at all, then half of them started to glow, but also not always, I also thought that they would glow white, it is not entirely clear from the description that there is rgb, it is much easier to ride on them than on my previous ones, but I am completely disappointed moment about the glow, and they also creak because of the generatorReply from SkateProHello!
I am very sorry to hear that the product didn't live up to your expectations. We have emailed you to see what we can do about it 😊
/Iana Rachele PagliaraniRimini, ItalyVerified Buyer5 of 5Very good! Always the top! Great customer service!Mikołaj W.Wrocław, PolandVerified Buyer2 of 5They shine very nicely. It's a pity that the two packages purchased differ in the shape and design of the inner magnetic rings by which, as an amateur, I am unable to adjust their rolling properties.Reply from SkateProThank you for taking the time to write your review.
We are very sorry to hear about your product problem. In such situations, we would very much appreciate you writing an email with photos showing the problem to email@skatepro.com.pl. We will solve the situation as soon as possible :)

Beautiful wheels.
Unfortunately they don't all light up at the same time.... making it look a bit broken when riding....
Need council to fix this.Jeff Ó ConríTrim, IrelandVerified Buyer4 of 5Great company to deal with. Quick response.
Wheels are nice. 2nd set but can’t get this set to light up with the bearings in and added to skates.
