Shipping costs depend on the weight/size of the product and the order value. The total shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Shipping time

Expected shipping time for products in stock:

• UPS: 5 business days
• FedEx: 6-7 business days

Delivery time is displayed when you select the delivery method and will be sent to you with the order confirmation.

You will receive an e-mail notification, should we not manage to ship your order from our warehouse within the expected time.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a link to a track-and-trace number. Please use the link to track your shipment.

Damaged parcel?

Customs and Tax

Please be aware that customs duty and taxes may apply to your order when shipping to New Zealand.

• For orders with an order value of less than $400, you won't have to pay any additional fees
• For orders over $400 expect to be asked to pay customs duty and taxes
