Addict was founded by a group of riders in 2009, who wanted to use their knowledge and experience from riding to create high-quality stunt scooters and parts. At the time, the scooter neck and plate designs were not strong enough to withstand the pressure from tricks and jumps, leading the founders to develop the Original Addict scooter deck with AF-Technology. Since then, Addict’s neck shape has become the most copied in the industry, speaking volumes for the level of design and quality of Addict scooter parts.
