Need assistance with setting up your scooter compression system? In this video, we'll walk you through the process of fitting the IHC compression system for your stunt scooter:
- Start by applying grease to both the upper and lower sections of your head tube.
- Insert the upper and lower bearings into the head tube.
- Next, it's time to introduce the fork.
- Proceed by sliding on the C-ring, then add the IHC compression shim.
- Place the IHC compression top cap into position.
- Grease the IHC compression bolt, and begin fastening it.
- Utilise an Allen key to secure the compression.
- The fork should be free of side-to-side movement while it continues to rotate easily.
- Conclude by attaching the headset top cap.
- Ensure there remains at least a slight gap between the head tube and the headset top cap.
Your IHC compression system is now complete!
