Guide on How to Customise Heat Moldable Insoles
Heating activates the unique arch technology of our Gamechangers Elite, allowing the insole to expand and conform to your foot.
- Trim the toe section to fit your shoes comfortably. Ensure they slide in without resistance.
- Then, place the insoles in an oven preheated to 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
- Once the arch is completely softened, they are ready. Stand on them with socks for 1-2 minutes. (For enhanced arch support, do this while sitting). Follow by placing them in your shoes and walking.
- Avoid folding the Gamechangers at 90-degree angles immediately after taking them out of the oven, as this may damage the foam.
The usual break-in time for FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Allow your feet some time to adapt to the arch support.
