Guidelines for Custom Heat Mouldable Insoles

Heating triggers our Gamechangers Elite's unique arch technology, causing the insole to expand and mould to your foot.

1. Trim the toe to fit your shoes, ensuring they slide in effortlessly.
2. Next, place the insoles in a preheated oven at 110 °C for 8-10 minutes. Do NOT use a microwave.
3. Once the arch becomes completely soft, they are ready. Step on them wearing socks for 1-2 minutes (while seated for enhanced arch support). Then place in your shoes and walk.
4. Avoid bending the Gamechangers at right angles immediately after removing from the oven, as this may damage the foam.

The typical period for adjusting to FP Insoles Gamechangers Elite is 1-3 days. Please allow your feet some time to acclimatise to the arch support.
