Anna M.Versoix, SwitzerlandVerified Buyer4 of 5Good price and service but the lock is a bit confusing to set up.Reply from SkateProThanks for sharing your thoughts on the product.
On some locks, it can be tricky setting the code first thing, but the instructions on the box seemed alright, if you follow those.
Sorry you found it confusing to set up. I have one myself and am quite happy with it 😊Tomas K.Overijse, BelgiumVerified Buyer1 of 5Not the quality I am used to from Burton ... after setting new combination (with difficulty because of the very unclear manual), I can't get it open now. Seems like cheap fakes that you can get open with elementary tools. Wasted money.Reply from SkateProThank you for your review.
