Thanks GuysDavid HaywardDublin, United StatesVerified Buyer1 of 5Wrong item sent and company wouldn’t cancel my order after their mishap.Reply from SkateProHi David,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Very sorry about the wrongly received item. Due to some miscommunication problems, we have sent you a replacement order when you requested a cancelation... Apologies about that. We have sent you an email regarding this where we advise you to refuse the parcel and directly get in touch again by email. We will refund you that very same day. I can see on the tracking that it is scheduled to be delivered today, so, hopefully, everything can be sorted out very soon🤞Albin SuljovMörbylånga, SwedenVerified Buyer5 of 5look good and hold together well.
