Star 5mm Back Zip Womens Wetsuit

The Star series wetsuits are fantastic options for a range of water sports, offering the widest selection of entry types and designs from the Mystic series. The primary aim has been to create an economical suit that excels in both style and functionality.

This season sees some exciting upgrades in the range. Notably, all full suits now feature a soft and warming polar lining in the back and chest areas. In addition, Mystic has enhanced the suits with critical neoprene taping on the seams to better protect against water ingress.

Features:

• Glued Blind Stitched
  • This technique involves gluing seams before stitching them partially through the material, effectively waterproofing the seams.
• Critical Taping Inside
  • Waterproofed critical taping is applied internally to the wetsuit in vital areas to stop water penetration.
• Glideskin Thin Neck Construction
  • The Thin Neck construction has reduced neck thickness, allowing neoprene to conform to the neck's shape with minimal pressure. This results in a neck lining akin to a second skin, ensuring excellent water closure.
• Aquabarrier
  • Silicone prints applied in crucial parts create the Aquabarrier, which acts as a defence against water infiltrating your suit.
• 4-way Stretch Kneepads
  • The Super-Tex fabric on the knee areas is highly enduring and provides extensive stretching for freedom of movement and knee protection.
• Velcro Ankle Closure
  • Velcro straps are included for ankle use, offering a snug fit and enhanced prevention of water entering the suit. They are not attached, thus making them optional.
• Back-Zip
  • The Back-Zip is the traditional method for securing a wetsuit and remains the simplest way to enter a suit, though it might allow water through the neck liner's rear. Depending on the model, a double liner may mitigate this.

  • M-Flex is a premium neoprene with outstanding flexibility and an impressive stretch ratio.
• 50% Soft Touch
  • Mystic uses Soft Touch material within neoprene, a carefully laminated layer for comfort and an excellent fit.
• Polar Lining (panel on chest and back)
  • In cold water activities, the Polar lining is unmatched. This inner layer is soft to the touch and reflects body heat, keeping you warm longer.
