- Extract the bearings from your wheels
- Carefully eliminate surface grime
- Position them on the rack situated on the lid
- Add a liquid degreaser to the jar
- Combine the lid with the jar and leave to sit
- Take the bearings off the rack
- Cleanse with a thorough rinse of water and/or compressed air
- Apply fresh lubricant and you are ready to mount the bearings once more
