Some Shadow Pro team riders called for a blend of lightweight design and specialised ankle-protective padding. The solution is the Super Slim ankle guards. The profile wraps around the ankle, providing padding that safeguards against crank bites and frame knocks.
Features:
Neoprene construction
Heavy duty hook and loop fastenings
Heavy duty nylon foot strap
High density EVA foam at ankle and Achilles
Lightweight impact resistant ABS bone shield at ankle

When skateboarding on the ramp, they protect your ankles from board bumps. A good purchase for a beginner along with other protectors. Was exactly what I was looking for.Scarlett EndenburgGouda, NetherlandsVerified Buyer3 of 5A little too high at the Achilles tendonSami VuorisaloSAUVO, FinlandVerified Buyer5 of 5Protection for trainingOliver S.Holzkirchen, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5Definitely better and more stable than what I had before, as a hard shell is integrated.Xavier B.Zellik, BelgiumVerified Buyer4 of 5Good protection against "spinning scooter" impacts. A little big for a 10-year-old (they fit, but you have to tighten the velcro).Nathan M.Bristol, United KingdomVerified Buyer5 of 5Perfect fit, comfortable ankle protection. Good price, too.
Highly recommended, I only wish I had bought them BEFORE the ankle injury. We live and learn (don't hesitate, these are quality items from a decent brand)Jonathan HeußAspisheim, GermanyVerified Buyer5 of 5Fit perfectly
