Reiden, Switzerland Verified Buyer 3 of 5 Did not fit Rollerblades Microblades 100 Reply from SkatePro Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. // Your SkatePro Team Mika Nokelainen Tampere, Finland Verified Buyer 5 of 5 💪💪💪 Andrei Zimine Dalby, Sweden Verified Buyer 5 of 5 !!! Joachim K. Fels am Wagram, Austria Verified Buyer 2 of 5 Unfortunately not as described! The axle itself actually has the correct dimensions, but the bolts are too long to get to the 30mm! In addition, the bolt starts with an M6 thread the last 5 mm have a larger thread, which means even a shortened bolt can not be screwed in completely! Reply from SkatePro Hey, thanks for the review! Sorry to hear that the dimensions are not correct! Unfortunately we can't find an email contact for this. Could you send us some pictures of the axle so we can take a closer look? Thank you! / Your SkatePro Team Peter de Leeuw Tilburg, Netherlands Verified Buyer 5 of 5 Top Tommy Grannas VAASA, Finland Verified Buyer 2 of 5 The picture does not correspond to the product. Reply from SkatePro Thank you for your review! The appearance of the axle depends on its length. /Julia🛴 M. Thomas Denzlingen, Germany Verified Buyer 1 of 5 In the picture, the axle has a round head for hexagon socket; however, an axle with Torx flat head is supplied... Unfortunately the description is not correct Reply from SkatePro Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the 29 mm version has a round head, with Allen key. The 30 mm version has a flat head for Torx. Sorry for the confusion. Your SkatePro Team/Alex KEVIN LAFRANCE Dunkerque, France Verified Buyer 2 of 5 Part of the screws was missing (the nut part), but this was quickly resolved... A commercial gesture would have been appreciated! Reply from SkatePro Hello, thank you for your message. We have indeed returned the missing parts lost in transit as soon as possible :) Have a nice day. Nicolai Andersen Skanderborg, Denmark Verified Buyer 1 of 5 Great product, but the screw could not be screwed in properly, so had to go out and buy afterwards. Please put some more information on the product or take another picture. Come fresh. Reply from SkatePro Hi Nicolai Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you couldn't use the product. We do everything we can to make our website and its products as transparent as possible, so you know what you are getting. If the product was different than described or there is any special info about this product you want, you are always welcome to contact our customer service and we will be happy to help with this :) //Hjalte Rémy B. Brest, France Verified Buyer 1 of 5 Please note that the images and the product description are false. They won't send you simple screws for plates, but screws to tighten a plate + a brake pad (longer and wider, with a Torx head). They are unusable on a simple turntable. When I returned the product, I sent a "file" explaining the problem, but nothing helped, the staff still hasn't changed the product sheet. In short, after two or three weeks of discussion with them, I hope my comment will save you the trouble. Too bad for quad skate pros.
