They're fantastic! Smooth ride. Soft boot is very comfy, secure, and true to size. On that last note, I usually wear street shoe size 6.5 US, bought a size 6.5 skates. At first, was a little unsure whether or not they were a tad too small; but warming them up and breaking them in fixed that. I highly recommend this brand and SkatePro!IVO QUINONESHIALEAH, United StatesVerified Buyer5 of 5Awesome companyEira Forero PouBarcelona, SpainVerified Buyer1 of 5Terrible service. I bought some roller skates and wanted to make sure I got the right size. I checked with them—I even sent them my foot measurement in centimeters! And I told them, “I think I’m a size 38, but I’m not sure; could you please check using these measurements?” Their response was, “Yeah, yeah, there shouldn’t be any problem.” I realize they didn’t even check those measurements because my foot barely fits! If you run a roller skate shop… the least you can do is give advice on sizing. And if you’re not sure, tell me to check the fit with other pairs in person here, or whatever! But don’t just send me any size just to make a sale and be done with it.
Later, I wrote to them to say that they were way too small, and I didn’t even get a response. I had to write again, and they told me to return them. In other words, they showed zero willingness to find a solution. On top of that, they told me I have to cover the nearly €10 shipping cost myself. I’m really disappointed.Reply from SkateProGood morning, First of all, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing the emails, we see that the person who advised you did so based on the size chart provided by the supplier, which we use to advise all our customers. We’re sorry that, unfortunately, this size chart doesn’t fit your foot. 😟
On the other hand, we see that after you contacted us, we offered you a free return label so you wouldn’t have to pay the €6.95 shipping cost 😊. We’re very sorry that the skate ended up not being the right size for your foot. We hope you’ll be able to return the order at no cost and that we can assist you in the future.
