Takes about minute to get off, but I can use phone or tie laces while wearing these.
This glove allows wrist to bend upwards (for e.g. if you want to go on the ground and touch ground), but restricts wrist movement opposite way (to keep wrist protected)...which is important in my opinion.
I have been using this two years and it is still in good condition. The gloves are only partly made of leather, which means the top side is real leather. However, they have molded plastic splints on the ball of the hand and knuckle protectors. They also have an elastic Velcro fastener and breathable mesh material on the inside.
