The assembly of a custom skateboard is a service, which means that you do not have the right to return it once purchased.
Once the skateboard and its components are assembled according to your preferences, they become non-refundable. After disassembly, the parts are no longer considered new and thus cannot be returned.

If one truck is mounted the wrong way, we are of course very sorry for this! It is very simply to turn it around - simply loosen the four bolts and turn the truck around.
