Shipping time

5 business days, for orders with all items in stock. The expected delivery date will be shown clearly during the checkout process and the order confirmation. Notice that we do not ship your order before all the items are in stock.

You will receive an e-mail notification, should we not manage to ship your order from our warehouse within the expected time.

Delivery options and prices

* Shipping cost is based on product weight and size. It is calculated in checkout.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

Please check your parcel on delivery

Customs and Tax

Please be aware that customs duty and taxes may apply to your order when shipping to New Zealand.

• For orders with an order value of less than $400, you won't have to pay any additional fees
• For orders over $400 expect to be asked to pay customs duty and taxes
