Description

Two-layer mouthguard for effective protection, reduces the likelihood of concussion and dental injuries.
Adult size, suitable for ages 10 and over.

When adjusting the mouthguard, remember boiling water can be hazardous!

Bring the water to a boil and allow it to rest for 30 seconds before submerging the guard in the water for 70 seconds.

Remove the guard from the water with a spoon, shake off any water, and, as quickly as possible, position the guard on the upper teeth. (The guard should feel warm)

Once the upper teeth are aligned, bite down gently and use your tongue to suck and squeeze air and excess water from the guard. You may also use your fingers to press the guard snugly on the outside.

Keep the guard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse under cold running water.

If the fit is not perfect, redo the process until it fits perfectly.

Should the guard be slightly too large, you can trim some ends off with a knife.
