MG3 Mouth guard

Comfortable 3-layer mouthpiece offering superior protection, reducing the likelihood of concussions and dental damage.
Suitable for adults, ages 10 and upwards.

Customising the mouthpiece requires caution as boiling water can be hazardous!

1. Bring water to a boil, then wait 30 seconds before submerging the protector in the water for 70 seconds.
2. Use a spoon to remove the guard from the water, shake off excess water, and promptly centre the protector on the upper teeth. (The protector should be warm)
3. Once centred on the upper teeth, bite gently together and use your tongue to suck/squeeze out air and surplus water from the guard. Fingers can also be used to press the protector into position from the outside.
4. Allow the protector to set in the mouth for 30 seconds, remove, and place under running cold water.
5. Repeat the process until the fit is ideal if not initially perfect.
6. If the guard is slightly too large, you can trim the ends with a knife.
