A.P Limited No 5 Skateboard Deck

100% unique Skateboard Art by the artist Antti-Pekka Korhonen.

Antti-Pekka is not only a talented active skateboarder but also an acknowledged artist, who has already held an exhibition at the Helsinki underground Art event.

In collaboration with SkatePro, Antti-Pekka has crafted a Limited series of hand-painted decks, each unique and individually numbered. The deck itself is a high quality Sk8-Mafia deck made with 7 layers of Canadian maple.

The Creation Process:

• The decks were painted employing a mixed technique of spray paint and paint markers, utilizing the wooden surface of the plywood as background texture.
• Two stencils were cut out and spray paint was applied to create the base design.
• After that, each one was uniquely detailed with the paint markers.
• Finally, the deck was varnished 3 times.
