- On a base of ski waxed with graphite + HF glider -> Disperse the powder over the gliding zones on the ski base
- Press the powder into the base using an iron set to a high temperature
- Slowly move the iron across the base to work the powder in
- Use a nylon brush to disrupt the layer of wax by turning the brush, causing the wax to return to a powder-like state
- Rub in with a cork for 10 - 15 seconds
- Sweep with a horsehair brush
- Brush 1-2 times using a steel brush
- Complete by brushing with a nylon brush
