Battleship 20" 2019 BMX Freestyle Bike

The esteemed German BMX brand, WeThePeople, produces some of the finest complete BMX bikes available in the entire market, and the Battleship 2019 is certainly no exception.

It is equipped with 20" wheels and a 20.75" top tube.

The entire setup is inspired by riders and is based on the second version of the renowned WeThePeople Battleship frame, developed with input from professional riders Dan Kruk and Jordan Goodwin. The Battleship frame features distinct hydroformed gussets to reinforce its construction. Additionally, the frame possesses removable pivots and guides for the brake-levers and cables.

The Battleship aims to be the most robust and resilient frame in the lineup, and the other components on this complete bike meet the same high standard.

The Fork also originates from the Battleship line, featuring exceptionally strong heat-treated Sanko tubing, a one-piece CNC cut steerer tube, and a 24mm offset.

The headset, stem, and bar among other elements are Éclat parts.

The headset is equipped with fully sealed bearings and a top load stem crafted from CNC machined alloy materials. Additionally, a 4-piece bar made from post-liquid heat-treated 4130 Chromoly materials further enhances the quality of the front assembly.

However, the Éclat excitement does not end here. The Battleship also showcases an Éclat 25T Sprocket, constructed from enduring 6061-T6 alloy and includes a nylon sprocket guard.

Both the front and rear rims are Éclat "Bondi", characterised by flash welded double-wall rims with 36 holes. The plush padded pivotal seat and nylon/fibreglass pedals are also Éclat elements, assembled on this top-tier complete.

The Battleship 2019 is supplied with WeThePeople's 165mm 8 spline tubular 3-piece Chromoly crank and a 22mm fully sealed press-fit bottom bracket. The rims are laced to a 9T Freecoaster hub, also by WeThePeople and also with fully sealed bearings, offering maximum fakie enjoyment.

The Battleship is also equipped with a few SaltPlus elements, such as the half link chain and the alloy brake lever, indicating that The Battleship Complete Bike predominantly consists of Éclat and SaltPlus parts combined with WeThePeople components.
