Alpinist 12 Long Travel Ski Bindings

The Alpinist is the binding from Marker that will bring immense joy to alpine ski tourers.

This is a pin tech binding designed to fit alpine ski boots equipped solely with pin inserts.

The Marker touring Alpinist 12 Long binding is lightweight, featuring a DIN release range of 6.0 - 12.0, making it suitable for skiers weighing between 88.18lbs and 242.50lbs (40kg to 110kg).

This extended version includes brakes that are adjustable between 90mm and 105mm, allowing for wide ski compatibility.

It is crafted with a heel rotation pivot and front guides, ensuring a precise connection to the front pins on the first attempt. The binding includes climbing aids set at 0°, 5°, and 9°, and switching between modes is straightforward.

The toe-piece features twin springs and is reinforced with carbon. It allows for a maximum length adjustment of 15mm.

Compatible with crampons (not included), you can also purchase separate stoppers to attach to the binding.
