The Apex is equipped with Ion's C-bar technology. This is a spreader bar crafted from reinforced injected fibres rather than metal, making it exceptionally lightweight. The spreader features a tension lever system that facilitates easy tightening for a secure fit.

• Soft Edge and Extended Soft Edge

The perimeter of the harness is constructed with ultra-soft neoprene, further enhanced by specialised foam to improve comfort. The Soft Edge flexes sideways at the hips and ribs for added comfort.

• X Spine

An X-shaped EVA thermo-moulded insert optimises back protection while maintaining flexibility for unrestricted movement.

• Split Edge
