Swix F4 Aerosol 150ml Cross Country Glidewax comes with a sponge foam applicator, simplifying the process of applying the wax. Distribute a thin layer evenly over the base and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. For optimal results, polish it with Fiberlene or a Nylon Brush. Make sure to apply F4 to the metal edges as well, to stop rust from forming.
