Description
With the Nina, DPS skis have crafted these freeride specifically for female skiers. The Nina skis feature a waist width of 99mm, placing them in the mid-size range of the Foundation women’s freeride series. They are reliable and offer a powerful response.
These are the ideal skis for all snow conditions. They possess ample width for floating, and the rocker shape makes turning enjoyable and effortless in the deep snow. The design of the skis is the philosophy behind DPS's Paddle Tech solution. This implies that the tapered shape, sidecut, and flex pattern all contribute to perfectly balancing these skis for optimum freeride performance.
Additionally, these Nina skis incorporate the Foundation construction. The Foundation construction is a combination of carbon, bamboo, poplar, and fibreglass. The bamboo and poplar core, enveloped on the top and bottom by strings of carbon and triaxial fibreglass, offers an excellent blend of power and dampening - exceptional qualities for tackling various snow conditions from hard pack and crud to soft deep snow.
