MPC Mtech wheels are produced through a detailed multi-step pouring and moulding process, which allows for the creation of various layers of urethane material – each layer possessing unique and specific properties.

Rubber wheels, although effective in reducing shock, quickly wear out or degrade. In contrast, urethane and hard plastic wheels boast durability but result in a harsh ride. The dual-material composition of MPC Mtech wheels expertly combines shock absorption with longevity.

Utilising MPC's patented Mtech (multi-layer technology), these wheels feature a soft, highly resilient inner layer (similar to a super ball) that functions like a pneumatic tyre, encased within a remarkably durable outer layer. This inner layer acts as a cushion for the rigid outer surface. During cornering, this inner layer deforms, flattening at the edges to increase contact area and then resumes its original shape to reduce rolling resistance when riding straight.
