The Lambda 2.1 stunt scooter deck is designed for durability. Many conventional necks intersect the centre of the deck, causing a potential weakness. AO employs a U-shaped welding technique that minimally affects the deck while greatly expanding the weld area. The headtube is forged from a single solid block of aluminium under 5 tons of pressure, as is the neck, resulting in 30% stronger support beams.

Additional enhancements include a machined headset opening post-anodisation for an exact fit, with the neck positioned fully forward to maximise deck space. The angled shape begins immediately at the beam to prevent edge bending.
